UK SHIPPING CHARGES

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
We do not dispatch orders on Sunday).
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only and may vary due to payment authorisation delays.
Estimated delivery times commence from the date of dispatch and should be used as a guide only.
Processing time may take 1-2 business days before an order is dispatched.

Once dispatched, we cannot redirect orders to a different address.
Each order is shipped to one destination address only. If you need to send products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
We make our best efforts to deliver each item within the estimated time frame, exclusive of processing time.
However, in rare cases, delays may occur due to external factors such as:
- Payment authorisation issues.
- High order volumes during peak periods (e.g., holidays, sales events).
- Unexpected courier delays.
- Natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances.

If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable or an incorrect address, the courier may:
- Leave a calling card for re-delivery.
- Hold the package at a local collection center.
- Return the package to us after multiple failed attempts.
If a package is returned due to incorrect address details or non-collection, the customer may need to pay an additional re-shipping fee.

We will investigate with our courier partners and provide further assistance.
Please note that once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are beyond our control.
